Additional Installation Specifications:
- Concrete Required: 4 cubic yards of concrete are required, delivered by a concrete truck. Therefore, we need clear access to the property for the vehicle. We pour the concrete in the bottom of the hole with mesh, creating an 8-inch-thick base with cable coming out of the concrete. Then we set the shelter in the hole and wrap the cables around the shelter. These cables prevent the shelter from floating during flooding.

- Installation Process:
- The shelter is transported onto the property using a mini excavator.
- In some cases, the shelter may be lifted over a fence to reach the backyard.
- For wooden fences, typically one panel is removed and reinstalled post-installation.
- If there is a gate, it and its posts may need to be removed and reinstalled after the installation, incurring additional costs.
